If your order is eligible for return, please contact info@tegritea.com and provide your order number to proceed. For any adjustments to your order, including returns, please ensure to contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to discuss potential accommodations.
Eligibility for Return:
- Refunds: Items delivered within 30 days.
- Store Credit: Items delivered over 30 days ago.
- Condition: Unused and in original packaging.
- Location: anywhere
- Receipt Required: Proof of purchase is necessary for all returns (i.e., email of order confirmation).
- No Exchanges: Except for defective or damaged items due to Tegritea's fault.
- Final Sale or Sale Items: Non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Opened perishable products.
- Items with damaged or missing parts.
- Shipping and delivery costs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Incorrect Address: Tegritea is not responsible for issues due to incorrect address. Please verify your address for accuracy and availability at delivery.
Store Credit/Refund: Items are inspected upon return. Please note that Tegritea reserves the right to refuse refund or credit for damages deemed outside of shop control, including but not limited to damage post-delivery or accidental damage.
- Customers will receive email notifications for approval or rejection of store credit or refund.
- If approved, Tegritea will bear the cost of the return shipping.
- Approved store credit will be issued as a personalized discount code or gift card.
- The processing of returns and issuing of refunds or store credits may take up to 7-14 business days.
Gifts: If marked as a gift when purchased, gift credit is given upon return. If not marked, store credit is sent to the gift giver.
Price Adjustment Policy: If you forgot to apply a discount code or if a product goes on sale within 14 days after your purchase, we will refund the difference. Please email us at info@tegritea.com and provide the original receipt (order confirmation) to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds: First, check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. If still unresolved, contact us at info@tegritea.com.
Other Inquiries: For product dissatisfaction or orders that arrived broken (include a photo and description), and all other inquiries, email info@tegritea.com.
